Is there anything better than a fresh batch of warm cookies? I like to use a bit more brown sugar for a nice, chewy cookie. A little more vanilla punches up the flavor a bit, and the whole wheat flour adds nutrients, fiber and a nice rich flavor. I much prefer to add walnuts, but I know opinions vary greatly on this so this is optional.

Nothing grabs my attention like the title “world’s best chocolate chip cookie!” Sounds great
I love making cookies and am always searching for a new chocolate chip cookie recipe. I will try yours! I always had about 1/2 whole wheat flour, as well, and agree with you on the addition of walnuts.
I made these yesterday without the walnuts and they are so yummy!! I’m not sure I have any left.
