Sometimes hard boiled eggs are surprisingly tricky to get right. This is my fail safe recipe for a perfect hard cooked egg, every time. The only trick is to watch the water carefully-the second it comes to a boil, turn it off and cover the pan. After that, just wait for 9 minutes and you have a perfect egg.
|How To Cook The Perfect Hard Boiled Egg|
- 4 eggs
- Put the eggs into a pot.
- Add cold water, just enough to cover the eggs.
- Put on the stove and put on high heat.
- Bring to a boil.
- As soon as the water boils (right away, immediately), turn it off and cover.
- Let sit 9 minutes.
- Take the eggs out of the water and peel.
